Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms:

• A 30% deposit is required for all bookings.

• Clients who have previously no-showed an appointment must pay 100% of the service cost upfront for their next booking.

• Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• If you cancel an appointment before the 24-hour window, your deposit will be converted into a credit on your Phorest account.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but refunds may be issued at our discretion.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
